Today we had Claire from project energize come into our classroom to teach us about drinks.
She showed us how much sugar was in some drinks.
We couldnt believe how much sugar there was in powerade and e2!
We know that we should be drinking water to keep us hydrated and milk to help us with strong bones.
What drinks do you have at home? Are they good for you? What should you be drinking?
