End of Term Assembly

We are on end of term assembly this term.

Tug of War

Yesterday our whole school took part in a Tug of War competition.

Each house battled it out to see who had the best pulling power!

Ag Day

What a busy day we have had today!

We have been learning all about animals because of Ag day coming up and we have also been doing some art work around animals!

We have been working hard to create Animals and today we painted a mural...

Skip Counting

In Room 3 we are learning to skip count.

Jump Jam for Star Jam

Today we did some special Jump Jam to fundraise for Star Jam.

Star Jam gives people with disabilities the chance to feel the buzz of preforming and coming together through the common love of music and dance.

Mokai

For Te Reo this term we are learning about mokai (pets).

We have been learning the names of animals in Te Reo maori.

Today we learnt some of the baby animals names.  Here is an action shot of us looking closely at the words and discussing all of the things we notice!

Scientists

Today we learnt about scientists.

We are learning to be scientists and find out all about the world.

We learnt about asking a question and what a hypothesis is.
